Ramanattukara Municipality

Ramanattukara municipality is a project aimed at fostering a new model towards designing government buildings. The strategy was to devise a ‘green building’ concept. It is located in the heart of the Kozhikode city in 1 acre land.
It is a multi-storied office building with canteen, MRF unit, gardens, waste water treatment plant, footpaths, parking lots, spacious office rooms, waiting areas, halls, library etc. since the front section lies on the western side, ‘Brisesoleil’ technique is used to reduce the heat and glare.
