Idukki the second largest district in kerala state is much known for its unique topographical and geographical characteristics which lead to grow it as a hub of tourism related activities with places like Munnar, devikulam, mattupetty etc. amidst all these facts Idukki fails to tap its full resource as a tourism hub due to lack of amenities. This gain prominence to Idukki tourism.
The stretch of land near arch dam has been landscaped properly and operated as a garden area comprising of maze garden, children’s play area, amphitheatre, view tower and dining area. The real potential becomes evident when the nearby tourist centers like kalvary mount , anjuruli etc gets developed simultaneously.

Wandoor Town Square
Wandoor tourism development projects are enclosed as part of eastern corridor which is an important portion of Eranadu, the old princely state in Malabar and the old head-quarters of administrative activities till the arrival of Europeans and the settlement of Nediyiruppu Swaroopam to Nilambur. And this was the first centre of business developed much earlier the Middle ages.
The project is designed in such a way to incorporate the activities of government through various departments in the area as it is intended to get the result to the common men in the area as a whole.

Arakkal Museum
Arakkal museum is dedicated to Arakkal family, the only Muslim royal family. The Dubar hall section of Arakkal ketu, located in kannurdistrict is converted to a museum by government of Kerala. Arakkal palace complex is an embodiment to the contribution of the Muslim society to Kerala culture.
Master plan gave emphasis to conservation as well as adaptive reuse. As a first phase the peripheral building-durbar hall got converted to a museum displaying artefacts. The rare instance of Muslim weapons and articles with pronounced Arabian influence finds place in the museum.

Vishranthi Old Age Home
The project showcases spaces for older generation distinct with a human treatment former D.G.P of Kerala state Mr. K.J Joseph and his wife Rita formed a partnership with five others to set up an enclave for senior citizens in pariyaram, Kannur district, Kerala.
The 8 Acre site with 56 individual cottages and having a multifunctional central open space gives maximum visibility. Each block contains verandah, courtyard, bedroom, kitchen, balcony by the maximum usage of locally available materials such as laterite stones and Baliyapattom tiles.

Konni Eco – Tourism Project
Konni eco-tourism and area development assumes prominence at these grounds and foresaw the improvement of human community by proclaiming the necessity to care and save wildlife.
The master plan contained the renovation of traditional ‘Aanakkottil’, awareness program for visitors, meshed wooden cages to rest elephants called “Aanakkoodu”, elephant museum, etc. its aim is to showcase the neglected nature of wild life and the practices of its preservation and finally employment generation for local people.

Aswini Nursing College
Aswini nursing College located in the suburbs of Thrissur city in a 4 acre lush green plot with coconut plantations and 2 ponds is a sister concern of Aswini Hospitals. The architectural planning scheme follows a spread out pattern of built form highly responsive to the concepts climate control and the right ambience of an educational institution. The buildings articulated with verandahs and courtyards strikes the right balance between exterior and interior spaces. The bulky buildings housing class rooms are so placed as to facilitate passive lighting, wind movement and easy access .The hostel blocks are inward looking to the corridor while library block is facing outward to the long verandah. The building blocks follow a strict hierarchy of open spaces going along with a regular geometric placement reminiscent of institutional buildings. The Rain water harvesting system employing two ponds on the site and the adaptive reuse of an old existing building in the site to one hostel indicates the efficiency of site repair and planning. All buildings in exposed brick walls takes inspiration from age old building practices of energy efficiency reducing the usage of cement where as pre stressed concrete slabs employed in roofing follows the pattern of, modular roofing style characterized by age old Kerala architecture.
