Arakkal Museum
Arakkal museum is dedicated to Arakkal family, the only Muslim royal family. The Dubar hall section of Arakkal ketu, located in kannurdistrict is converted to a museum by government of Kerala. Arakkal palace complex is an embodiment to the contribution of the Muslim society to Kerala culture.
Master plan gave emphasis to conservation as well as adaptive reuse. As a first phase the peripheral building-durbar hall got converted to a museum displaying artefacts. The rare instance of Muslim weapons and articles with pronounced Arabian influence finds place in the museum.

Thalassery Heritage Circuit
Located on a hill and slopes down from the sub collector’s bungalow to the rocks, it is first built by E.N Overbury, a British in 1870’s. It was an unfinished construction or an architectural folly located at a cliff in Thalassery. The Overbury wanted to construct a picnic spot at the cliff, with the sweeping views of the Arabian sea. Today folly has been renovated and redecorated as a major tourist attraction and is frequented by local people in the evening as a place to relax.
Hill View Park
Idukki the second largest district in kerala state is much known for its unique topographical and geographical characteristics which lead to grow it as a hub of tourism related activities with places like Munnar, devikulam, mattupetty etc. amidst all these facts Idukki fails to tap its full resource as a tourism hub due to lack of amenities. This gain prominence to Idukki tourism.
The stretch of land near arch dam has been landscaped properly and operated as a garden area comprising of maze garden, children’s play area, amphitheatre, view tower and dining area. The real potential becomes evident when the nearby tourist centers like kalvary mount , anjuruli etc gets developed simultaneously.

Konni Eco – Tourism Project
Konni eco-tourism and area development assumes prominence at these grounds and foresaw the improvement of human community by proclaiming the necessity to care and save wildlife.
The master plan contained the renovation of traditional ‘Aanakkottil’, awareness program for visitors, meshed wooden cages to rest elephants called “Aanakkoodu”, elephant museum, etc. its aim is to showcase the neglected nature of wild life and the practices of its preservation and finally employment generation for local people.

Kalpathy Heritage Area Development
Kalpathy Agraharams , a traditional of Tamil brahmins in and around the banks of river Kalpathy, Palaghat , and Kerala houses a settlement pattern much duplicated by Kerala brahmins. The profound character of row housing with high emphasis to traditional rituals and the presence of Kundambalam as the epicentre of their cultural lives enlines the character of settlement. The crisis of Kalpathy started with the aging population of residents finding it difficult to enliven the traditions living deep with in the society and home away younger generation finding it unable to sustain the cultural fabric.
The intervention in to such a sensitive would have proved risky if not dealt carefully . The uplifting and maintenance of the cultural fabric , provision of certain basic amenities , taking care of prevailing ecological disturbances were all been envisaged with a scent of educative process all over. The whole re development was planned and executed keeping the residents as stake holders.

Vishranthi Old Age Home
The project showcases spaces for older generation distinct with a human treatment former D.G.P of Kerala state Mr. K.J Joseph and his wife Rita formed a partnership with five others to set up an enclave for senior citizens in pariyaram, Kannur district, Kerala.
The 8 Acre site with 56 individual cottages and having a multifunctional central open space gives maximum visibility. Each block contains verandah, courtyard, bedroom, kitchen, balcony by the maximum usage of locally available materials such as laterite stones and Baliyapattom tiles.

JNNURM Slum Development
Yet another step in the housing solution for urban poor saw central government of India combining two existing schemes VAMBAY and NSDP under a new scheme for ameliorating the conditions of urban slum dwellers whom do not posses adequate shelters and reside in dilapidated condition.
The priority of the design was to provided spaces for informal education among ageing generation and laid emphasis on development of a new generation with social commitments. The architectural interventions involved repair of damaged houses reconstruction of irreparable houses, construction of G+2 apartment , community buildings etc.

Aswini Nursing College
Aswini nursing College located in the suburbs of Thrissur city in a 4 acre lush green plot with coconut plantations and 2 ponds is a sister concern of Aswini Hospitals. The architectural planning scheme follows a spread out pattern of built form highly responsive to the concepts climate control and the right ambience of an educational institution. The buildings articulated with verandahs and courtyards strikes the right balance between exterior and interior spaces. The bulky buildings housing class rooms are so placed as to facilitate passive lighting, wind movement and easy access .The hostel blocks are inward looking to the corridor while library block is facing outward to the long verandah. The building blocks follow a strict hierarchy of open spaces going along with a regular geometric placement reminiscent of institutional buildings. The Rain water harvesting system employing two ponds on the site and the adaptive reuse of an old existing building in the site to one hostel indicates the efficiency of site repair and planning. All buildings in exposed brick walls takes inspiration from age old building practices of energy efficiency reducing the usage of cement where as pre stressed concrete slabs employed in roofing follows the pattern of, modular roofing style characterized by age old Kerala architecture.
Caritas Old Age Home
In today’s fast developing world, the care required for financially and physically weak senior citizens constitutes a rare breed of social issue. This project showcases spaces for older generation distinct with a human treatment by incorporating a day care centre for senior citizens in Edapally.
All the basic facilities in the home has be provided on the ground floor and the connection to the upper floors have been done using a sloping ramp which facilities easy passage of wheel chair and make movement of people with crutches easier.

Wandoor Town Square
Wandoor tourism development projects are enclosed as part of eastern corridor which is an important portion of Eranadu, the old princely state in Malabar and the old head-quarters of administrative activities till the arrival of Europeans and the settlement of Nediyiruppu Swaroopam to Nilambur. And this was the first centre of business developed much earlier the Middle ages.
The project is designed in such a way to incorporate the activities of government through various departments in the area as it is intended to get the result to the common men in the area as a whole.

Elements Cafe
Elements cafe is an organic store whose products are an outcome of organic farming techniques, incorporated with eco-conscious and eco- friendly atmosphere. It is actually a 2 storied building with ground floor occupied by grocery items and a fruit/vegetable zone which is under a thatch, in the front portion (left end). The first floor is occupied by a coffee deck and in addi- tion to this it has provisions like ethical clothing area, reading area which is a tinted space, toy/crafts/origami section and also a deck which is beautifully shaded by a tree. This deck is a major attraction of this building. There is a spiral stair in first floor which adds beauty to the space.
Materials used for the interiors are mainly ver- nacular ones such as glass, wood, sack, jute, cane, plywood etc which are biodegradable and recyclable ones. Thus being inside this store make us feel cozy and relaxed. Also seeing such a neat and clean grocery shop, people are keen to know what is happening inside.

Dr. Amit Residence
A 3500 sqft villa has been transformed into a serene haven of modernity through the lens of Scandinavian minimalist design. This interior showcases the perfect fusion of clean lines, natural materials, and an abundance of white and light tones, creating a sense of space, tranquility, and functionality. Wooden elements are subtly incorporated throughout the villa, adding warmth and texture to the predominantly white spaces. The Ashtamgam Ayurveda Vidyapeedham in Nagalassery is envisaged to become a pinnacle of learning that seeks to preserve the age-old Samhithas and health traditions of India in their classical purity while the Ayurveda Chikitsalayam would bring together the foremost ayurvedic practitioners of Kerala with the aim to make available top quality holistic health care by harmonizing traditional wisdom and modern technology.
As modern lifestyle takes its toll on national health and endangers the cherished Indian traditions, this endeavor spearheaded by some of the finest minds in the realm of medicine, culture and Bharatheeya Darsanas, hopes to keep alive the light of knowledge that has been passed down to us over the millennia and promote it further for health and social well being.
The project envisages the creation of a 200-bed Ayurveda Chikitsalayam by September 2012, setting up a medical college in the following year, and launching nursing and pharmacy colleges later on. The institution would also offer post-graduate courses in Ayurveda. Also on the cards are initiatives to promote medicinal plants through farmer collectives and setting up herbal gardens and nurseries for medicinal plants among other pioneering initiatives.
We are pleased to announce an endeavor to recreate and restore the true foundations of Ayurveda; an attempt to preserve our great Ayurvedic traditions for posterity through a unique venture encompassing education and health care. Ashtanga educational trust and its vision to create an abode of learning stem from the unrelenting quest of some of the greatest practitioners of Ayurveda in our times to address the challenges facing the practice of ancient science in today's world.

Our primary goal was to restore the pond as a sustainable model for conserving natural resources , especially surface water resources and local biodiversity , ensuring all its traditional uses. Also to clean up the pond and make it free from algae and other water plants.
